Granola is one of the most popular and healthy breakfast options around the world, however eating granola everyday can get a bit repetitive so here is any easy way to upgrade your breakfast:
(This recipe is enough for 1 breakfast bowl)
- ½ cup of your favourite Vivacité Granola
- ½ cup of your choice of yogurt (greek yogurt is the best option here however whatever you have on hand will work too)
- ½ - 3/4 cup of your favourite fresh fruits
- ½ tbsp. seeds of your choice (chia, pumpkin seeds, etc.)
- ½ tbsp. honey (optional)
- Place the yogurt into a medium-sized bowl and add the fresh fruits, granola, and seeds. If you want, top with some honey for some additional sweetness.
- Another option is to alternate between layers of yogurt, granola, fruits, and seeds. Top every other layer with a small amount of honey.
- Serve and enjoy!
